Previews coming up slowly due to incorrect option selected.
Cause:
'Full preview' is selected instead of the 'Thumbnail' option.
Solution:
Select a view other than Preview in the 'Open' dialog box or select the 'Save Picture Preview' check box.
Do one of the following:
1) To save the preview with the file do the following:
a) Select the 'File' menu and select 'Properties...'. (The Properties dialog box appears.)
b) Select the 'Save Picture Preview' check box.
2) To prompt saving a preview with the file when saving a new document, saving an existing document, moving a document, or renaming a document, do the following:
a) Select the 'Tools' menu and select 'Options...'. (The Options dialog box appears.)
b) Click the 'Save' tab.
c) Select the 'Prompt For Document Properties' check box.
d) Click 'OK'.
